One Athletic Returns Policy

UK returns can take up to 14 business days to make their way back to us. Please allow 20 business days for us to process your refund.

Faulty items

Returning your faulty item:

We accept all items that may be faulty. Simply email support@oneathletic.com with your name, order number and tracking ID and we will send you a printable label that you can attach to your package. Then simply drop this parcel with your local Hermes Parcel Shop and they will return your package to us.

Payment:

Upon receipt of your item, we will refund your account with the sale value of your item.

Non-faulty items

Returning your non-faulty item:

We accept all non-faulty items within 28 days of purchase. These items must be unworn and with all swing-tags attached. Simply email support@oneathletic.com with your name, order number and tracking ID and we will send you a printable label that you can attach to your package. Then simply drop this parcel with your local Hermes Parcel Shop and they will return your package to us.

Payment:

Upon receipt of your item, we will refund your account with the sale value of your item, minus £5.95 for shipping.

International returns

It is your responsibility to organise the safe return of your One Athletic item (faulty or non-faulty) within 28 days of purchase. When you are posting your item, please notify our team by emailing us at returns@oneathletic.com so that we know to expect your order. Please outline your name order number and tracking ID and also notify us of the reason for your return.
